Strive reported a $509 million GAAP net income for the third quarter and said it acquired 8,136 BTC during the period. It then purchased another 15,124 BTC between October 1 and October 30, bringing its acquisitions to 20,373 BTC over the first nine months of 2026. As of October 30, the company held $490.4 million in cash and cash equivalents and a $50.1 million fair-value position in Strategy’s STRC preferred shares. An offering of seven million SATS preferred shares generated approximately $609 million in net proceeds, while the reported profit, influenced by Bitcoin valuation changes, does not necessarily reflect operating cash generation. Strive reported a quarterly Bitcoin yield of 18.5% and a year-to-date yield of 63.2%, but these management-defined measures depend on the share denominator and are neither dividends nor guaranteed returns.
