Circle reported $865 million in revenue and $317 million in adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2026, beating analyst estimates of approximately $788 million. The USDC issuer also launched the Arc mainnet on September 16, 2026, with more than 100 institutional partners, including BlackRock, DTCC and Visa. Circle raised around $222 million through the presale of ARC tokens at a $3 billion valuation and then minted 10 billion ARC tokens at the network’s genesis. Transaction fees on Arc are paid in USDC, which could support the stablecoin’s circulation, currently estimated at $73 billion to $74 billion. Circle maintained its fiscal 2026 guidance, while the one-time presale revenue adds to income generated from USDC reserves.
