Strive acquired 124 BTC for approximately $10 million, bringing its total holdings to 43,124 BTC. The company financed the purchase with its cash reserves and, for the first time, its SATS preferred stock at-the-market program, which allows it to raise up to $1 billion over time. Strive is now 390 BTC behind Twenty One Capital and 876 BTC behind Metaplanet, which rank second and third among publicly traded Bitcoin investors, respectively, behind Strategy. CEO Matt Cole has discussed the possibility of becoming the second-largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder before the end of 2026, although future purchases by competitors could affect that outcome. Strive reported approximately $490.4 million in cash and cash equivalents as of October 30, down from $504.4 million one week earlier.
