Whale Alert reported that two transfers of 40 million XRP, valued at approximately $50.46 million and $50.44 million, were sent from a wallet linked to the Binance hack. A total of 80 million XRP, worth about $100.9 million, went to two unidentified addresses, with no evidence so far that the funds were sold or sent to a crypto exchange. The transactions occurred just days after the October 29 hack, which resulted in the loss of roughly $6.3 billion in cryptocurrency. Binance subsequently began restoring withdrawals in phases across 15 networks, including XRP Ledger, Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Solana. The exchange says XRP balances are fully backed and that 95% of affected assets had been replenished by November 1.
