Binance reopened withdrawals on Sunday, November 1, following the October 29 hack that resulted in $6.3 billion being stolen. According to Binance, $4.6 billion was withdrawn and $1 billion deposited within nine and a half hours of the reopening, producing net outflows of $3.64 billion.
