Stock futures rose slightly on Sunday after a losing week on Wall Street, as investors prepared for a busy week of earnings, jobs reports and the midterm elections. S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures gained 0.2%, while Dow Jones Industrial Average futures added 103 points, or 0.2%.
