Strategy announced that Chief Financial Officer Andrew Kang will leave his role on November 5, just ten days after officially informing the company of his intention. The company attributed the decision to personal reasons and said it was not caused by any disagreement over its operations, policies or practices; Kang will nevertheless remain a non-executive adviser through the end of the year. Chief Executive Officer Phong Le will temporarily serve as principal financial officer, while Reza Virasteh is scheduled to become CFO on January 1, 2027. This planned transition eases concerns raised by Bitcoin commentator Matthew Kratter, although the short notice remains unusual. In the third quarter, Strategy reported operating income of $20.91 billion and net income of $19.53 billion, driven largely by its holdings of 848,517 BTC.
