Binance has updated its Proof of Reserves wallet list after a breach drained approximately $6.3 billion from its hot wallets between October 29 and 30, 2026. All withdrawals will now be processed through the newly published addresses, which customers can download in full. According to Binance, a reserve snapshot taken on October 31 shows more than 100% backing for ten major assets, including 100.04% for Bitcoin and 101.30% for BNB. The exchange allocated more than $6.34 billion, primarily from corporate resources, to replenish the affected assets, restoring nearly 90% of them. Withdrawals were paused for security reviews and are expected to resume on November 1, while a cryptographic proof based on zk-SNARKs is targeted for November 3.
