Young Liu, Foxconn chairman, said the group’s share of the global AI server market could rise from about 40% today to 45% next year and reach 50% within a few years. This growth has accompanied a strong expansion of its cloud and networking division, which generated 51% of Foxconn’s revenue in the second quarter of 2026, up from 41% a year earlier. Foxconn expects AI server rack shipments to more than double in 2026, plans to raise output at its Houston facility to 2,000 racks per week and announced a $136 million investment in Mexico to expand production capacity.
