Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, is partnering with Trade[XYZ] to offer U.S. investors regulated perpetual futures linked to traditional assets and cryptocurrencies. The planned products cover equities, stock market indices, commodities, foreign exchange and cryptocurrencies, subject to approval by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. The proposed infrastructure includes clearing systems, know-your-customer requirements and anti-money laundering measures to manage counterparty risk and ensure the processing and settlement of trades.
