Intercontinental Exchange, the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, plans to introduce Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures in the United States. ICE has reached an agreement with Trade[XYZ] to develop regulated U.S. perpetual markets covering cryptocurrencies, equities, indexes, commodities, and foreign exchange. The launch is subject to regulatory approval and will include identity and anti-money laundering controls. The announcement coincided with a double-digit rise in the HYPE token, while the probability of it reaching $100 by December 31, 2026, rose to 66% from 24% the previous day. At this stage, the project does not provide for HYPE to be used as collateral or a payment method.
