Prediction market platform Kalshi closed a $1 billion Series G funding round at a $40 billion valuation. The round was co-led by Wellington Management and Sequoia Capital, confirming a deal first reported in September. This growth comes amid mounting legal challenges in the United States over the regulatory status of its sports contracts.
