Chipotle Mexican Grill will report its quarterly earnings after the market closes on Wednesday. LSEG analysts expect earnings per share of 29 cents and revenue of $3.29 billion. Wall Street also projects a 1.5% increase in same-store sales, whose growth was weighed down during the summer by consumer concerns related to cyclospora. This is Chipotle’s first earnings report since speculation about a potential acquisition by Starbucks, which the coffee giant has since denied, while the stock has fallen nearly 22% this year.
