Oracle targets at least $225 billion in revenue and $21 in non-GAAP earnings per share for fiscal 2030, with $166 billion potentially coming from its cloud infrastructure. After posting $67.4 billion in revenue for fiscal 2026, the company raised its fiscal 2027 outlook to at least $90 billion in revenue and $8.10 in earnings per share. Its remaining performance obligations reached $664 billion, up from $455 billion before the October 2025 announcement, but its shares fell about 60% from roughly $313 to $126. Investors are concerned about the capital spending required to deploy AI capacity, execution timelines and possible dependence on OpenAI. At $126, the stock trades at roughly six times Oracle’s fiscal 2030 earnings target, making the valuation attractive to some analysts.
