Evernorth Holdings plans to raise approximately $80.7 million in gross proceeds through a share issuance agreement with CF Principal Investments, an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald. The company will use a substantial portion of the proceeds to buy more XRP, following the financing model pioneered by Michael Saylor through the issuance of shares to acquire Bitcoin. The funding remains conditional on Securities and Exchange Commission approval of the resale registration statement, and the final amount will depend on the share price and trading volumes. A separate filing also opens the potential for Evernorth to raise $132.2 million through the exercise of outstanding warrants, although this will depend on investor decisions and dilute existing shareholders.
