Kraken has removed questionnaires requiring clients to specify their intended use of withdrawn Monero. The platform nevertheless keeps XMR listed and maintains its source-of-funds checks. According to co-CEO Arjun Sethi, asking clients what they will do with withdrawn coins is unacceptable.
