Intersect announced that the public Dijkstra testnet is open to all participants following its respawn on October 21. The network is currently running protocol version 11, known as Conway, and node version 11.1.3, while stake pool operators can access the available configuration files. Node version 11.2, which is expected to include the full Dijkstra hard fork feature set except Leios, will be used to transition the testnet and enable LSM on the mainnet. Leios will be rolled out progressively, with an initial target of 3 to 5 times the current Praos ceiling of 4.5 kilobytes per second and a potential later increase to 10 to 15 times that level, subject to network results and governance approval. Dijkstra also introduces nested transactions, enhanced accounts, guard scripts, Plutus V4, freely withdrawable staking rewards and a new pledge-leverage parameter.
