Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson announced he is personally developing a new programming language for the Cardano blockchain. The language would support intents and PCD via Groth16 proofs, enabling applications to execute user requests while providing mathematical evidence that conditions were met. The project has no name, technical specification, or release date yet. Meanwhile, the ADA token was trading around $0.2173, down 1.76%, after hitting a high of approximately $0.28 earlier in the month.
