A Preply study analyzing 3,000 Reddit posts on corporate jargon over five years found that “circle back” is the most complained-about phrase with 203 mentions, followed by “synergy” (181), “bandwidth” (97), and “touch base” (96). Google search data confirms the confusion: “paradigm” generates 311,000 monthly searches and “synergy” 310,000.
