Latvia’s parliament (Saeima) adopted amendments on October 15, 2026, establishing a one-time crypto asset declaration window with a flat 10% tax rate. Residents can declare holdings as of December 31, 2026, between April 1 and May 31, 2027, with a payment deadline of July 23, 2027.
