Antithesis, a Virginia-based software-testing startup, has raised $105 million in a Series A round led by quantitative trading firm Jane Street, valuing the company at $525 million, a significant jump from its $215 million valuation following a $47 million seed round in 2024. The company’s annualized recurring revenue has grown over 12-fold in the past two years to approximately $10 million. The fresh capital will be allocated toward expanding engineering capabilities, developing platform autonomy features, and scaling sales and marketing operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. Founded in 2018 by Will Wilson, who previously co-founded FoundationDB before Apple’s acquisition, Antithesis has signed clients across finance, AI infrastructure, data platforms, and blockchain protocols, including Ethereum.
