Three Canadian Armed Forces soldiers have been implicated in a violent crypto-related kidnapping that took place in Toronto on July 25. Seven suspects face a total of 82 criminal charges. The victim, a cryptocurrency exchange owner, was allegedly handcuffed and beaten by kidnappers attempting to steal his crypto assets. Talarambage Fernando (22), James Moreau (29), and Jack Miley (24) have been identified among the suspects. Fernando and Moreau were arrested on August 11, while Miley was arrested on September 24.
