Machi Big Brother Wiped Out on Hyperliquid After $12M Run

Share

Machi Big Brother’s trading account on Hyperliquid was fully liquidated on October 15, with its value plummeting from $12.25 million to approximately $21,800. The trader had grown his fortune from roughly $56,000 to over $12 million in four months, riding Ethereum’s price appreciation. On-chain tracker Lookonchain documented a rapid series of liquidation transactions involving ETH-USD perpetual futures positions of 380 ETH, 270 ETH, 200 ETH, and 800 ETH. The collapse followed another round of Ethereum price declines that triggered the liquidation of the leveraged positions. This marks yet another major loss for the same trader on the decentralized exchange, with cumulative perpetual futures losses previously exceeding $77 million.
