Robinhood CEO Vladimir Tenev sold 375,000 Class A shares for approximately $42.6 million on October 5, bringing his directly held Class A position to zero for the sixth time in 2026. This sale follows a pre-disclosed 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on September 5, 2025, under which his Class B shares (with 10 votes each) are automatically converted to Class A shares at the time of sale. Tenev still holds 47,419,572 Class B shares worth approximately $5.2 billion at the October 9 market price. Since the beginning of 2026, he has sold approximately 2 million Class B shares for a total of approximately $220 million, representing approximately 4% of his Class B stake.
