Bitcoin at $83,000: ETFs Lose $681M One Year After the Crash

Bitcoin was trading around $83,000 on Saturday, up 3% from Thursday’s low of $80,300, marking the anniversary of its worst-ever crash. US bitcoin ETFs, however, suffered their worst week since June with $681 million in net outflows, concentrated mainly on Wednesday with $487 million in withdrawals. A total of $1.19 billion in leveraged positions were liquidated in 24 hours, including $298 million in bitcoin and $356 million in ether positions. Total bitcoin ETF AUM remains at $105.84 billion. Analysts are watching the $81,000 support level and a more significant on-chain support near $77,200.
