The shares were trading around $165 in early October 2026, roughly 53% below the opening price, with most of the first-day premium erased. The company raised $5.55 billion at its IPO and a lockup period expired on October 1, 2026, triggering insider sales of approximately $84 million. Cerebras nonetheless reported strong 2025 results with revenue of $510 million, up 76% year-over-year, and net income of $237.8 million following a loss of $482 million the prior year.
