Between October 5th and 8th, Bitcoin dropped 7.59% from a peak of $87,000 to a low of $80,393, before rebounding to around $82,800. From October 7th to 9th, 11,325 BTC left exchanges, a net outflow exceeding the 7,520 BTC withdrawn between October 3rd and 9th. The Bitcoin Stress Index peaked at 49.9 on October 7th before falling back to 7, signaling a return to calm territory. Analysts warn, however, that a reading above 55 combined with a price drop below $80,700 would constitute a strong warning sign, and a correction toward $77,700 remains possible in the near term.
