Claims that Fidelity sold $197 million in Bitcoin remain unconfirmed. On September 29, 2026, 3,568 BTC worth approximately $297 million were transferred from Strategy-linked wallets through Fidelity Custody, but Arkham Intelligence clarified these were internal reallocations, not sales. Strategy itself purchased 1,665 BTC during the same period, bringing its total holdings to 847,666 BTC. US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $197.4 million in net inflows for the week ended July 11, 2026, while FBTC saw $50.7 million in net outflows in October, driven by investor redemptions rather than fund manager decisions.
