Bitcoin ETFs Bleed $484.9 Million As BlackRock Leads A Broad Day Of Outflows

US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $484.9 million in net outflows on October 7, according to Farside Investors. BlackRock led the withdrawals with $207.7 million from its IBIT, followed by Fidelity at $105.1 million and ARK at $101.7 million. This session marked a sharp reversal from the prior day, when the group had recorded $118.8 million in net inflows. The composition of the outflows is noteworthy: the largest redemptions came from products that have historically attracted substantial institutional capital, not just Grayscale’s GBTC which had been the traditional source of negative flow. The difficult macro environment, with risk assets under pressure and investors monitoring interest rates, coincided with this shift in sentiment.
