Securitize launched its Securitize Stocks platform on October 8, 2026, on Solana, enabling eligible investors in the United States and the European Union to purchase tokens backed 1:1 by real shares of 12 major companies, including Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Amazon, and Netflix. Each token, called a Convertible Entitlement Token (CET), is backed by an actual share held at Securitize’s regulated brokerage, entitling holders to dividends and voting rights. Trading takes place on PropAMM, a Solana-based platform, with settlement in USDC instead of traditional dollars. Jump Trading provides liquidity while RQD handles clearing, custody, and settlement. Securitize, listed on the NYSE under ticker SECZ since July 2026, previously tokenized 295 million dollars of its own stock on Solana and Avalanche.
