Securitize has launched a platform for trading tokenized U.S. stocks on the Solana blockchain. Eligible investors can acquire entitlements to shares in companies including Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla and Amazon, backed 1:1 with the underlying shares. Transactions settle in USDC and grant holders economic rights and voting rights associated with traditional stocks. Jump Trading will provide market-making through Securitize’s PropAMM on Solana. The platform plans to expand to NYSE’s upcoming digital trading venue as well as OKX and ICE tokenized securities venues.
