OpenAI announced on March 10, 2026 a new feature called “dynamic visual explanations” that adds interactive visuals to ChatGPT. This interface allows users to manipulate mathematical and scientific concepts in real time, covering more than 70 topics including the Pythagorean theorem, kinetic energy, Hooke’s law, and Coulomb’s law. The feature is available to all logged-in ChatGPT users without requiring a premium subscription. It follows the platform’s evolution from a purely text-based assistant in 2022 to one integrating third-party applications in October 2025. OpenAI plans to gradually expand the library of interactive modules available.
