Forum targets $255B AI inference market with new edge computing sites

Forum Markets, listed on Nasdaq under ticker FRMM, announced on October 5, 2026, the formation of a joint venture called Forum Edge AI LLC with Edge Node AI, in which it holds a 51% stake. The project aims to deploy distributed edge computing infrastructure at pre-powered urban sites across the United States, targeting the AI inference market projected to reach $255 billion by 2030. The initial buildout targets around 11 MW of total capacity and 4,376 GPUs across three sites, including a Dallas data center expanding from 2 MW to approximately 4 MW by mid-2027 and a 9 MW campus in High Point, North Carolina with approximately 6 MW available by Q1 2027. Forum expects consolidated revenue of $125 million to $175 million in 2027, with positive cash flow anticipated early that year.
