Binance Research projects tokenized equities could reach approximately $349 billion by 2030, up from $4.43 billion as of mid-September 2026. The market has grown 390.4% year-to-date and currently represents just 0.0029% of the $151.9 trillion global listed equity market. The Capital Activation Rate for tokenized equities rose from 1.95% to 7.54% over the same period, with 65.4% of deployed capital in liquidity pools and 28.1% in lending. The report introduces two new metrics: the Programmable Asset Ratio and the Capital Activation Rate, measuring market penetration and actual utilization of tokenized assets in DeFi applications respectively.
