XRP held steady at $1.50, but the treasury vehicle Evernorth, backed by 473 million XRP, submitted its merger to a shareholder vote on September 30, pending a Nasdaq listing in the fourth quarter. Dogecoin slipped 0.16 % to $0.0937 as the MyDoge team launched the public testnet of DogeOS.
