Blockchain.com is targeting a valuation of between $4 billion and $6 billion in a potential US IPO this year, aiming to raise approximately $500 million. The company has expanded beyond its core wallets and brokerage services into tokenized stocks, prediction markets, and institutional services. Blockchain.com claims over 95 million wallets, 44 million confirmed accounts, and has processed over $1.2 trillion in transactions. The firm has been profitable on an adjusted basis for three years.
