Hsin-Ju Chuang, a former partner at crypto venture firm Hack VC, died at age 37 on August 24 on southbound Interstate 15 in Southern California. She founded Dystopia Labs and previously held senior roles at Stellar and Solana. Hack VC stated it was « shocked and saddened » by her passing. Authorities have not disclosed the cause of death. Before her death, Hsin-Ju Chuang had publicly accused Hack VC of mistreating her during her time at the firm.
