He highlighted that recent GLM models process approximately 10 trillion tokens per day on domestically produced chips, demonstrating significant self-sufficiency. On September 8, the NSA, CISA, and FBI released a joint advisory naming six Chinese firms accused of conducting industrial-scale distillation campaigns. China has dismissed these accusations as unfounded, asserting that its AI achievements result from sustained domestic investment.
