Bitcoin spot ETFs attracted $324.6 million on September 18, with Fidelity’s FBTC accounting for $310.7 million of that total, following two consecutive days of massive outflows totaling $746 million. The SEC had separately submitted its own crypto custody rule overhaul to the White House weeks earlier, with both regulators moving in parallel while Congress remains stalled.
