Stani’s Aave « Uber plan » could turn everyday crypto savers into Washington’s worst political nightmare

On September 15, the U.S. Senate rejected cloture on the CLARITY Act (H.R. 3633) by a 49-50 vote, blocking its immediate path to floor consideration. Forty-six minutes later, Aave founder Stani Kulechov proposed his so-called « Uber path » strategy: building products used by millions to become « too important to ignore. » Aave’s consumer app adds authentication and recovery services to self-custodial accounts, while Horizon opens institutional lending against tokenized collateral. Aave currently ranks 39th by market cap, up 8.69% over the past 24 hours.
