Solana and XRP spot ETFs see inflows as Bitcoin and Ethereum face combined $520M in outflows

Share

Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs experienced a combined $520 million in outflows on September 16, with Bitcoin shedding $295.98 million and Ethereum $224.11 million. Meanwhile, XRP ETFs attracted $3.50 million in inflows and Solana ETFs drew approximately $837,000. The divergence was triggered by the Federal Reserve’s 25 basis point interest rate hike on the same day, prompting institutional investors to reassess risk exposure. Since launch, Bitcoin ETFs have accumulated $54.57 billion in net inflows with $95.19 billion in total assets, while Ethereum ETFs hold $13.15 billion in cumulative inflows. Due to their smaller asset bases, even modest daily inflows represent a proportionally larger vote of confidence for XRP and Solana ETFs.
