Nokia shares climbed roughly 6% on September 16 to a range of $10.39 to $10.43 after eight major operators moved into lab and live field trials of its AI-RAN platform. The trials cover operators across Central and Eastern Europe, Taiwan, the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. NVIDIA, which invested $1 billion in the technology in October 2025, saw its shares trade flat, as did Ericsson, Nokia’s direct competitor.
