Oura, the Finnish smart ring maker known for its sleep-tracking titanium ring, officially filed its S-1 registration statement with the SEC on September 3, 2026, targeting a Nasdaq listing under the ticker OURA. The company generated $1.21 billion in revenue for the nine months ending June 30, 2026, representing a 74% jump from the prior year. Bloomberg projects the IPO could value Oura at over $16 billion with a potential raise of up to $3 billion, with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan underwriting the offering. Despite reporting $60.8 million in net income, Oura posted broader losses of $924.3 million due to a $1.09 billion deemed dividend tied to early investor cash-outs. The company now counts approximately 5 million paid members and has shipped 3.1 million rings as of June 30, 2026.
