G2 Hel, the women’s League of Legends roster under G2 Esports, claimed the Stage 5 title of the LoL Game Changers Rising (LGC) circuit by defeating SK Avarosa in the finals on September 12-13. The German team completed a remarkable comeback after disbanding in late 2025 due to funding issues, before reforming with renewed sponsorship from McDonald’s Germany. The roster featuring Wiosna, Shiina, Caltys, Izzeri, and Lumi cruised through the playoffs with two decisive 2-0 victories before winning the finals. The 2026 LGC circuit, organized by Riot Games and N.E.O., consists of five monthly stages each carrying approximately 2,000 euros in prize money and up to 32 competing teams per stage.
