The Teucrium 2x Short Daily XRP ETF has received a new registration effectiveness date of October 11, 2026, after the SEC delayed approval following a post-effective amendment filed by Listed Funds Trust on September 11, 2026. This fund is designed to deliver twice the inverse of XRP’s daily price movement, meaning a 3% drop in XRP on a given day should translate into roughly a 6% gain before fees. The initial registration process, submitted on January 21, 2025, has now stretched across nearly two years without a clearly stated reason for the holdup. For comparison, Teucrium’s 2x Long Daily XRP ETF, trading under the ticker XXRP, launched on April 8, 2025 and had accumulated approximately $151.5 million in assets under management as of September 2026.
