GenLayer Labs introduces AI court system with up to 1,000 validators to settle disputes in minutes

GenLayer Labs has launched the Internet Court, a blockchain-based dispute resolution system using randomly selected AI validators running different language models. The testnet processes approximately 350,000 daily transactions and delivers between 20,000 and 25,000 rulings per day, at a cost of roughly fifty cents per verdict. The protocol relies on Intelligent Contracts capable of interpreting natural language to settle disputes that traditional smart contracts cannot handle. A consortium of 27 firms, including OKX and ConsenSys (MetaMask developer), is backing the project, with mainnet launch targeted for Q4 2026 and a future GEN token introduction. The system runs on a zkSync Layer 2 anchored to Ethereum and positions itself as a complement to traditional legal systems for micro-transactions between AI agents.
