Genius Group, a Singapore-based education company, has received clearance from the US Court of Appeals to restart its capital raising and Bitcoin purchase plans after an injunction was vacated. The company unveiled a five-year plan targeting an $827 million Bitcoin treasury and an $800 million AI portfolio, with total assets projected to reach $2 billion by fiscal 2031. Genius plans to raise $1.2 billion through Strategy’s STRC-style preferred shares to fund both treasuries without issuing additional ordinary shares. The company had previously sold all its 440 BTC and exited in April, and now plans to restart Bitcoin purchases in Q4. It already has AI exposure through investments in OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceX, Anduril and Databricks via its AGI Infinity Portfolio.
