Full Sail, a decentralized exchange on Sui, is shutting down after approximately $91,000 was drained from three of its vaults on August 29. The attacker exploited a flaw in Switchboard’s production code, an oracle, by adding a key they controlled to publish prices roughly 100 times below market value. They then deposited funds into the affected vaults and withdrew more than their initial deposit. Switchboard halted its network on Aptos, Sui, Iota and Movement, while Full Sail paused deposits and withdrawals before announcing its closure. At least 204 crypto projects have shut down in 2026, with Full Sail joining this list as a similar attack also caused $455,000 in losses at Virtue.
