Users reported discrepancies between their total portfolio values and the sum of their individual holdings, with variations reaching up to tens of percent. The issue is purely cosmetic since actual user holdings remain intact, as CoinGecko never has custody of funds. This incident follows an upgrade that introduced new portfolio analytics features in August 2026.
