Rangers have rejected Besiktas’ loan offer for Belgian midfielder Nicolas Raskin, according to Sky Sports News. The Scottish club values the player between £10 million and £20 million. Raskin joined Rangers from Standard Liege in January 2023 for £1.5 million plus add-ons, and is contracted until 2028. Hull City had a £16.5 million bid turned down. Raskin’s preference for a move to one of Europe’s top five leagues could complicate future negotiations.
